The room wasn't clean, staff were nice, but not attentive.
I went to the cafeteria to have diner, after 10 minutes waiting, I had to go ask if the cafeteria was open.

Near to airport, great service,food and reception, location works for contacting to airport. All terminal as well as city, staff was very cooperative and helpful.

Value for money, and professional staff. I was a great experience with this hotel and all staff are friendly and very good behaviour , everything is perfect room neat and clean, Location is near to Delhi airport.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality.
The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property.
Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.
