Conveniently located with several nice restaurants nearby. Staff were super despite language difficulties(our fault). Spotless room with mini-fridge. No in-room coffee service; low on hot water. Otherwise fine!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless — the rooms, hallways, elevators, and all the common areas were perfectly clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.
The breakfasts were simply amazing — delicious, hearty, and healthy, with plenty of fresh fruits and great variety every morning.
The hotel is located in a beautiful, peaceful area right on the Pacific coast. Within walking distance, there are many shops, cafés, and nice places to relax and enjoy time with friends.
I left with the warmest memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service. Truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! 🌴✨

I enjoyed my three night stay at Navio hotel. The staff were kind and the room very clean & comfortable. It was in walking distance to many restaurants, pharmacies, and plazas.
