    Room size and all is okay but it is not clean… there are tiny cockroaches everywhere… also I had to wait for more than 15mins for one bucket water… I do not recommend it

    I was given a make shift room first as I arrived very early. This room had torn sheets, broken commode, water leaks and dirty bathrooms. The reception did agree to my complaint and said they were anyway waiting to shift me to another room soon since this was a make shift room which is still to be renovated. The next room looked decent but had small cockroaches running on the bed. I had to get rid of a few and then just survived sleeping there. Bathroom was better but dirty needless to say. Both rooms has leaks, flush problems and there is a bottle filled from an RO and given to you else you have to buy water. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a decent hotel. The staff is very helpful though and apart from not understanding how bad their hotel is, they are always there to help you with any concern.

    Fire department has posted notice about building is unsafe for any activity and not complying the safety standards, moreover life of the building is in bad shape, also hotel not provided me any bills after checkout.
