love this location and the hotel, unfortunately there are a few items that need to be addressed such as the pool (needs repairs and painting) some of the shrubs and plantings need some tender loving care. some of the outside furnishings could use a refresh. the front stall (Bridgette and a night attendant) were lovely and very helpful and although we did not have any face time with the remainder of the staff the other front desk and cafeteria girl could use some pointers from Bridgette. Also we have stayed in the older section and the bathrooms could use a redo.

The location was great and views were good as well. However, they seemed to be understaffed. The pool was had sand all in the bottom of the pool, felt dirty. Garbage was over flowing from the garbage can and was there the next day as well. When taking a shower, the water would get all over the floor. The sink had hair in it. Overall the room did not feel very clean. On Agoda website the rooms look luxury. But it looks like this was once an older motel and did some upgrades and some room are actually luxury but we stayed in the older part ( did not know when booking) and it showed. Was disappointed overall. I do not recommend.
