    This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I had a wonderful experience. We were checked in by Eddy, who was very friendly and polite. Brant also gave us great recommendations for places to visit, and Lisa was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, and the view was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The only downside was that the shower room didn't have any hooks to hang our clothes, need to hang outside the door, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

    The location is in the more residential neighborhood so it provides a nice relief from the extremely packed Nanjing and the bund area. The staff are incredibly helpful, they help me with restaurant bookings every day. Breakfast spread is extensive and service is prompt. Room is beautifully appointed. We will definitely be back here on our next trip to Shanghai

    Had a great stay, the room was perfect! Just had an issue at the time of check~in. The room as getting delayed and i lost my patience after a long flight, had to be rude in order to get a room on spot!!
