My rating of 5 stars based on knowing I was getting what I was booking.
I was flying early the next morning and wanted a stay that was cheap and included breakfast and shuttle to the airport. This checked all those boxes at $39 Canadian for the night
• Food at restaurant was reasonably priced and good (85,000 for Nasi Goreng and a Bintang beer- a local beer)
• Pool was good and enjoyed the led lighting at night
• Rooms were simple and adequate.
• Water is complimentary in the restaurant by refill (no bottles in room.)
• No mosquito netting in room but I didn’t see mosquitoes in the room.
• Town is a bit of a drive and will cost 70,000 for a car so if you want to be in the mix of things this may not be for you but there was a convenience store close by
• Tours will include pick up for this location it’s not super far just not in the downtown core

A very clean and well-maintained hotel in an area of Labuan Bajo away from the centre;but only 2.5km / 45 minute walk to the centre. And there are many places to eat and shop close by, anyway.
They have an Italian restaurant on site, but we we're a little disappointed by the fettucine - made on site, but without any basil in the sauce, and no cheese to add to improve It.
