    From airport take the city shuttle transport ( NZ20) for the door to door service. I think is the most convenient way. The hotel do not gave 24/7 service but no issue checking in after 8pm . Hotel room amenities not complete as no proper table to take your meals. Housekeeping only every 3 days but no issue. Can ask for coffee and tea anytime. The hotel to the main Street, queens Street is about 600m but near the sky tower. The walk way a little hilly but sometimes can be a bit strenuous for senior. Overall the hotel is acceptable for the price you pay.

    Believe the rooms might need a deep clean. The showers does not drain and crystal clear mould and dirt built up around bathroom corners, drain lid does not match, therefore not covered. Water doesnt drain as well. Hand towel was not provided. The beds may needs to be flipped on the other side may even needs replacement as Bed sinks in the middle. Great location, close to everything and value for money. But rather disappointed as it was not a budget hotel. Value foe money at this time probably

    Comfortable for a one night stay with friends. Quite loud with the pub next doors band playing until late, but didn’t disturb us too much. Drain was blocked in bathroom sink and shower though, meaning the water rises very quickly.
