we had to change rooms after a difficult night trying to sleep.
A/C unit was directly above room on roof and the noise and vibrations was very annoying.
We change rooms and received a courtesy discount.

We had a lovely stay! The hotel was beautiful and right in downtown Rhinebeck. Our room was large, clean and quiet. The bathroom was large and the bed was comfortable. The spa was AMAZING!!

Super nice Property. Walking distance to the town.
I felt that the area of the small pool was small and felt crowded.
The area of the spa was nice but I felt it was small. One day I had to wait 10 minutes to take a shower because the only 2 showers were in use. We loved the property and we had a great time. We will definitely come back.

Great hotel and staff. Restaurant has great food. Spa is wonderful. Everything so clean. Better than the Breakers in Palm Beach! Location is right in town. 5 stars all the way!
