This was by far the cheapest hotel I found in the area (I needed to be close to the Xcaret for a wedding) but saw it had good reviews so I booked it. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a suite for no extra charge. The room was nice and the property in general has a nice atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and they speak English. The included breakfast was great. I had no issues with my stay and I have no complaints! The only inconvenience is that it’s not within walking distance of anything, and Uber/Lyft (as of now) does not service this area, which I didn’t know before arrival. But the front desk is happy to assist with hiring a taxi. Enjoy your stay!

Please avoid this hotel, Even you fully pre-paid everything online, this hotel still force to charge you additional fee upon arrived. if you don’t agree they will not allow you to check in or cancel the reservation for refund. The room and facility is nasty and inhabitable. The room is full of mildew on the wall and smell awful. it will be extremely difficult for someone that has allergic. The mirror and glass is kind of old and broken. The air-condition is not function to make room cold and leaking the water into the wall and to your bed. The bed sheet is old and not clean with hair and pilling. The towels are dirty and tear down. Ceiling is leaking.
