This hotel is exceptional!! Right from the moment you walk in. It is clean. You are greeted by friendly front desk staff. They are informative answering any questions... The room was great. It was spacious, clean, comfy beds and hot water for the shower. Went to a concert at the event center, which was fantastic, stopped in at the casino and was greeted by a friendly fellow that had worked there for 20 years. He knew that we were not regulars, but stopped to talk, asked where we were from, and wished us good luck.... Stopped in for breakfast at the $10 deal inside the casino, food was delicious.!! It was a great stay would definitely stay here again. And recommend to family and friends.!!

Very very lovely stay. Close to botanical garden which were beautiful. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Breakfast was amazing

The room was great, and the staff was nice to let us check in a couple of hours early. However, if you need to get up to your floor, that’s not possible because only one elevator is working and because they have different teams for sports and parents can’t control their kids. The kids rode the elevator up and down, and I never actually made it to the bottom floor each time that I took it it would take about eight minutes to come. I was told about an alternate elevator in the back, and I went there, and as I was waiting for it there was someone bringing up food for room service standing with me again it took about four or five minutes to come down and I said to the gentleman that it takes way too long and he said there are stairs, and my reply was I don’t come to hotels to do stairs up to the sixth floor let alone the 13th floor, where some people are also staying waiting for the elevator.
