    They overcharge for transportation to Manila, wrong vehicle, and the driver showed up with his wife who talked loudly on her phone for the whole trip. Not worth ***

    The location is excellent and very convenient, being very close to Clark Freeport. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The indoor play area for kids is also a great feature and was something our family enjoyed. The breakfast, however, could be improved. A wider variety of options and better overall taste would make the dining experience more enjoyable. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Some staff members were warm, polite, and accommodating, while others seemed less attentive. Even a simple thank-you upon checkout would have left a better final impression. I was also celebrating my 40th birthday during our stay and had requested a simple room arrangement to commemorate the occasion. I wasn’t expecting anything elaborate, just a small gesture to make the day feel a little more special. Unfortunately, nothing was prepared. We have celebrated special occasions at other hotels in the past, and even simple requests were usually acknowledged with a small arrangement or thoughtful touch. Naturally, it was difficult not to make comparisons, and this was disappointing. Overall, while the property has several positive aspects, the experience did not quite meet our expectations. Looking back, I felt that we might have had a better experience at another hotel.

    We enjoyed our stay, instead of 1night we extended to 2 nights because we really wanted to explore the hotel amenities. Playground for kids that has an hourly disinfection, pool is good, the place is close to Pasalubungan's cheesebread with 3 different brands (LA, LBS and Granny's). The sports stimulator is not for free, not unlike from the videos online. Near to different restaurants, grocery and drugstore. They also have a decent parking. The bellman is very accomodating and friendly, we just don't like the girl receptionist that greated us she is not that friendly only poker face. 😅 But overall our kid enjoyed and so happy.

    James, the front desk staff is nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff at Spencer restaurant, where breakfast is served, should improve their attitude, especially the guy who cooks the eggs. The restaurant can also be very crowded during breakfast and it won’t have enough seats for guests.
