Friendly and professional customer experience. Vincenzo helped us to reserve a restaurant in partnership with the hotel. We went to Il Cherubini and the food was fantastic. The city is really romantic and we loved being there. The hotel was clean, with high tech. I felt it was a little noisy at night and the light from the mini bar couldn’t be switched off. The shower was amazing, loved the marble and the design. The luxury shampoo was empty and it was good quality and the free samples weren’t very good for my hair. Other than those minor things, we loved the stay and the check-in and check-out experience. It was a last minute booking so we can forgive this minor stuff and we look forward to coming back.
