Stayed at the hotel for two nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. Overall, we had a pleasant experience — the stay included complimentary access to the Gondola and Canopy, which was a great perk. Most of the staff were kind and accommodating, particularly the other front desk representative. However, our interaction with one front desk staff member, Jessica, was less than welcoming, which slightly affected our impression. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay.

I had never been to Blue Mountain and only knew of it was a ski resort village. Wow! So much to see and do in the off season. Delightful scenery, wonderful Blue Mountain staff and overall a great destination for a weekend escape
