Issue with contacting host. No contact details provided on booking confirmation. Gorgeous room, in tranquil garden. Problem with payment as host only took cash and confirmation form indicated a deposit had been paid. She also did not speak much English. All sorted the following morning over phone.

The owner was so helpful and considerate, she was kind and wanted to help us in every way. Accommodation was just what we wanted having moved from a noisy busy location the previous night.

There was no door or light for the toilet, the window and door for the shower room have clear glass and no curtain or blind and the glazed entrance door had no covering, there was a total lack of privacy. Not all of the facilities listed were available. This was not a hotel, more a spare room built on the side of someone’s home.
