The staff are amazing very friendly food and drinks are great Atholl side is more lively than palace side but both are great

This will probably go down as the greatest vacation ever.. from the hospitality the minute you arrive, the beautiful views, the amazing food & even better drinks this was a 10/10 stay. One of the biggest surprises was how organized their airport transfer was.. it could be a bit nerve wracking going from a plane to a boat without your luggage but everything was well taken care of and planned to the brim. RIU also did an amazing job setting up my dream proposal for my now fiancée and I can’t thank them enough. Anu & Puja were great at the pool bar. The buffet staff was great as well. Everyone greets you good morning everywhere you go & you truly feel like you’re in paradise. Don’t think twice about staying here.. I will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you RIU for always being amazing.

We stayed in an over water bungalow Objective : beautiful island , clear waters , relaxing views . My experience : -Store employees follow black customers around despite others being in the store -poor and inconsistent drink qualities -limited food alternatives -5 star price without 5 star experience . Overall : Maldives views are beautiful , worth a one time trip , would not go again, definitely would not recommend this resort. Although I’ve been to many RIUs around the world , this experience made me decid to never stay at a riu again in any location or give them another cent of my money. Absurd amount of money spent to be treated so poorly. I’m sure we had a unique experience as we did not look like the other clientele, so I’m sure most guests enjoy their experience .
