We accidentally booked a room without a view and even though it was past closing time when we arrived, the very helpful customer service rep let us in the office and took time to help get us the room we really wanted. She took the time to call the owner of the property and secure the room for us.

Wonderful location. Quiet and calm. Really enjoyable.
Small nitpick… would have made it a bit easier if there were suitcase racks. There was lots of space but few areas to place baggage

The room is very new feeling, very comfortable with an unsurpassed view of the ocean, lighthouse and sunsets. We enjoyed our stay there very much.
