    The location strikes the perfect balance. It is tucked into a quiet, peaceful side street so you get completely undisturbed sleep at night, yet it is incredibly convenient. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to the massive Hua Hin Market Village mall (perfect for great food courts and shopping), and you can easily stroll down to the golden sands of Hua Hin Beach in about 10 to 12 minutes. Having massage shops and local eateries right outside the doorstep made everything effortless

    We arrived closed to 10pm after traveling for 12 hours from home, only to be greeted by an unfriendly female staff. Obviously we disturbed her rest when we rang the bell. We were not greeted and all she asked for is our passports. After explaiming where and what time the breakfast is (our room did not include breakfast), she disappeared almost immediately leaving us to figure out where’s the lift. It’s very hard to get this kind of unfriendly service in Thailand and she really is a rare breed. The room is dark with only a very tiny window. Avoid room #01, #02, #03 where you can see from the floor plan attached. The toilet has an opened vent to allow not just fresh air but also noise and mosquito from outside so sleep with your bathroom door shut. They insist 1 key only for each room, regardless if you and your partner may come back in different time. And electricity cut off when you pull out the key so your room will be in “outdoor temperature” when you are back. A few design defects such as air con blow directly onto your face in bed, no hook for bath towel in the bathroom., etc. The light outside our door is blown for 3 days when we stayed and no one care. Will not recommend this hotel, there are plenty of choices in this price range.

    The hotel is about a 7–10 minute walk from the beach and close to shopping malls, so the location is quite convenient. We booked a room with a double bed through Agoda, but unfortunately, we were given a room with two single beds instead. You need to choose your breakfast the day before, which was fine with us. The breakfast was decent and sufficient. The biggest disappointment was the staff. Most of them looked unfriendly and seemed unhappy doing their jobs. The only exception was the male waiter in the breakfast area on our first morning, who was lovely. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. There are better hotel options available for the same price.
