Very clean and convenient. Great hostess who made check-in and stay very easy.

It was right in the heart of everything, so close. We rented a golf cart from Harriet’s, but we could of walked. Would definitely stay here again.

Hello. My husband and I stayed at Harriet’s house on July 10th-July 11th. We had a great time on the island and our stay was fantastic. Upon looking at my bank statements I noticed a charge for $50. I contacted Linda, to gain some clarification as to what the charge was for. Linda and informed me that there was a “urine” stain on the sheets and that she had to throw them away. Upon receival of the photo of said mess, I was actually quite appalled at the fact that this was something Linda had indicated was so bad, she in fact had to throw the sheets away. Linda had informed me that this stain was so bad, that it wouldn’t come out. But also indicated that “she couldn’t put this in the washer with the rest of things” which to me sounds like washing the sheets wasn’t even attempted as she could not provide an after photo of the sheets. Hotels are supposed to wash all linens before and after every guest stay, so that shouldn’t have even been an issue. Even if there was bodily fluids on any type of linen product in that room, It is standard practice and aligned with industry guidelines for hotels to thoroughly wash and sanitize all linens—including sheets, pillowcases, and towels—both before a guest’s arrival and immediately after checkout. This ensures a clean, hygienic, and comfortable environment for every guest, and is a fundamental part of maintaining quality and safety in hospitality services. The room was small but perfect. It definitely needs a mattress topper or new mattress. Very uncomfortable. But other than that the room was close to everything. Had a couple issues with the tv but it was taking care of immediately! Very nice staff!

Everything was clean and convenient. The place as a whole is dated and could use some redecorating. That’s really our only complaint. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and attentive staff. Short walk to almost every dinning option put in bay jas to offer. Room was very clean. This was the 2nd time staying at harriets house and it did not disappoint.

Convenient location. Nice, small, but perfect room. Easy checkin and friendly service. Had everything we needed.

Third time staying here. Hot water wasn’t the greatest but the owner was very tentative and did everything she could to make us comfortable.

If u are looking for a clean simple and safe place this is it , my room was small , but was only for shower and sleep , very very clean , and the staff (TIFFANY ) was wonderful !!! So close to everything

Close to all attractions in Put in Bay. One block from main area. We had a basement bungalow. A bit sparse with furniture but clean and comfortable. Bed could be larger. Not sure it was a queen.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a Family Reunion. We rented a room at the Lodge. It was very clean and additional requests were addressed promptly and professionally. The location was perfect and the room was just what we needed for our stay. The staff was exceptional and happy to help with everything we needed. Highly recommended!!

Perfect location for all the put in bay activities. No complaints was very comfy and the woman in charge was great. Would stay here again no doubt.
