- very nice resort, always clean and well maintained - spacious and fully equipped houses - good location and beach easy to reach by bike or car x restaurant's atmosphere not very attractive, service not on a four star level, therefore we only had breakfast there

Be aware: the listing shows only the units on the water. What you may actually be booking has no water around it. When we checked in we found that we were booked for a “Garden Unit,” meaning a boat parked on the grass several meters away from any water. Your view from such a unit will likely be weeds, not water. I am sure the unit interior is about the same as those on the water. We did upgrade, but it cost an extra €40 per night.Apart from the disappointment of not having reserved what was in the pictures, the stay was nice. Units are clean. Area is quiet, although you may hear lions roaring an other animals from the zoo next door. Note: if you are prone to motion sickness, a River unit may not be for you. The River was calm when we there, but a passing boat or a good wind will rock you.
