This is a large, clean, functional hotel that is comfortable without being luxurious. I believe ITC only runs it; the building was originally constructed by a real estate entrepreneur. It shows in the small inconveniences that a hotel chain would probably have foreseen, but which are now pretty much unfixable. But the staff are great, the food is, if not exceptional, certainly very good, and the view from most rooms is gorgeous. The last is due to the fact that the hotel is completely cut off, you circle down a steep, narrow descent into the valley, and once you're there, you're likely to pretty much stay in the property. While that is great if you are looking to basically settle down for the vacation and do nothing, for anyone else, it can mean being tied down somewhat. It is difficult to go out in the evening for a meal somewhere, for example, and in the rainy season (when we went), even a walk in the hills is discouraged. Can get boring for some.

Highly recommend for a serene stay to enjoy mesmerising views. The Club double rooms offers unobstructed view of the valley. Love to visit it soon again

Stayed at this property expecting the standards associated with the ITC brand, but the experience was disappointing. Despite requesting and reconfirming a twin-bed room, we were initially told none was available due to the hotel being sold out. The room was arranged only after repeated insistence. The restaurant staff appeared inexperienced and not attentive to guest requirements. The property also lacks a swimming pool, and the approach road is narrow and in poor condition. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the ITC name.
