The hotel was in the perfect neighborhood for us. We loved the spaciousness of the suite and the friendliness of the staff.

There were a few minor problems with the room when we checked in. The staff quickly responded and fixed all. The location is good for getting to all parts of the city and many of the attractions are within walking distance. The street noise can be loud at times but quiets down at night.

Clean, quiet. Had the whole 13th floor to myself. Great wraparound balcony. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Area is safe and very walkable. 20 minutes to Recoleta cemetery. 20 minutes to microcentro. Would stay again and would recommend.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience. Christian Castillo, the receptionist/manager, was very helpful and kind. The room was pretty big, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for us: near many restaurants, one block from the subway, and very safe.
We definitely would consider to stay at this hotel again.
