The room was ready at check-in and clean. The bed was a bit uncomfortable with flimsy pillows. The valet was quick and efficient.

Breakfast is not included, but they do have coffee in the lobby. The hotel was very conveniently located and clean. Our room was right next to the elevator equipment room so it was not very quiet. We will stay there again, but will request a different room next time!

The staff were amazing during check in/check out and with the valet. I loved the corner room and the vibe and aesthetic of it. The location was great. It was easy to get around on foot and walkable to public transit.

Edgar and the entire front desk team, along with housekeeping, made the first part of my stay truly memorable. They were consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely customer-focused. The people were great. The valet super helpful. The room immaculate. The parking situation - even with the great valets - was awful. I ended up pulling my car into an alley across the way, unloading, packing everything onto my assistive device, jaywalked thru traffic to get to the hotel. And you need a much better sign. We went around the block twice and didn’t see the sign because when you are sitting in a vehicle, it is blocked by cars next to you.
