We stayed here after seeing some mixed reviews, so we went in with an open mind—and we’re really glad we did. We even had a call with the property a couple of days before arrival, which was helpful and put us at ease. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotlessly clean, well cared for, and in a great, convenient location within a charming small town. We visited during the winter and loved how peaceful and cozy the area felt—it was a perfect getaway. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already considering coming back in the summer to check out the water park, which looks like it would be a lot of fun. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others. We’re definitely looking forward to returning!

Lovely apartment, good location, all the facilities we needed in the apartment. A good size for 5 of us. Check in & check out by key code worked smoothly. Room was prepared well in advance, bedding was correct & fresh, whole apartment was cleaned to a good standard. Would stay again.

The description doesn’t mention the accommodation comes totally empty of all amenities (except toilet rolls and bed sheets). We would have paid for towels if the extra charge had been made. There was no coffee, tea or soap Guests are instructed on leaflets to clean the flat, take out their own rubbish and vacate by 10am. The sofa is in poor condition, hidden under a cheap cover, and we got given a packet of biscuits as compensation. The overall experience felt low-quality and avoidable

The parking code wasn’t working, we got soaked trying to sort it. It wasn’t clear towels weren’t included. The bedding had dirty packaging of someone else’s food and to be honest for the price I’d expect them to be made. The sofa bed was awful, bits falling off, not comfortable which they addressed with biscuits but to be honest I’d rather have been given some throws to cover it

Extremely clean, perfect for a one night stop off, would comfortably stay for 2 nights. Everything provided that we needed and they seem to have thought of everything. Was pleasantly surprised to find that there were sliding doors to separate the sleeping spaces making great use of a small space. Would recommend for a short stay

We booked over Expedia and only after i paid I got to know that I would have to take towels from home or pay extra. I paid extra and still haven't found any towels in the room. The beds I had to do it myself, and in one of the bedsheet there was a big hole. There was no soap in the bathroom. Arrived at midnight, the parking code didn't work and I had to park in the city. The place in general would be ok but people should know clearly in advance what is going to book.

Didn’t like much, i heard AFTER i booked and paid that I had to make the bed, that I had to take tow er ls, that there was no reception staff and that I had to tidy up, strip the beds and take out the rubbish. That’s like a lot of work for what I paid. The sofa was so badly worn out that I didn’t want to sit on it. Pretty rubbish all in all.

The check-in instructions could have been clear. What we got was just a bunch of lock codes that's it, but when we reached there it wasn't clear where to park the car, where to enter lock codes. It was perfect for our needs. New build so everything spotless, room was big and more than ample for us, kitchen had new pots and pans.Beds comfortable - suited us as the Doublebed was actually two twins with two single sheets, and two single duvets, pushed together, - but this would have annoyed anyone actually after a double bed I feel!

Location is close to Bruges. Not hard to find if you follow GPS to the address, then follow signs in to the hotel. It shares an address with Ibis on a small resort lake, so you know you are in the right place when you see signs for Ibis. Rooms are nice, and they are clean. One queen bed and three bunk beds in our room, basically immediately inside the door, along with the bath. This section is a bit tight, but you will only be sleeping there, so its fine. The apartment opens up to the kitchen and living areas, with plenty of space.There are no staff on site. When you book a room, you will receive email with a code that will give access to parking, the building, and your room. This email should arrive a couple of days before your arrival. If anything goes wrong, you can call them at the number in the email, and they can give you new codes immediately.The highway is very close to the hotel, but you cannot hear or see it.

The apartment was new and in good condition. It was hard to find. We had to call and even they had problems explaining where to find the property. No one explained to us that it was expected from us to make the beds and to unmake the bed and take out the trash on check out. They provide the bedding, supplies to clean dishes and toilet paper but no hand soap.

If you don’t forget your shower- and kitchen towels, some handsoap and toilet paper (1/2 roll is provided), you’ll be almost as comfortable as in your own home. There’s enough space, it’s very clean, you get a full kitchen at your disposal with everything you need to just shop at the supermarket and prepare some food and turn on the dishwasher (Tabs, sponge, dish soap and wipes are provided). If you want to hop outside, you just open the sliding door and walk out. If you like a double bed better, just pull open the sleep sofa. It’s very comfy. Sheets are wrapped in a foil for all beds, so after you have made your bed(s) you’re good to go :) there’s air conditioning, the curtains provide privacy and it’s nice and quiet out :) Snack bar is around the corner, because the camp site is next door. A huge Carrefour Hypermarket is a 15 min drive away. Certainly a recommendation!
