    The staff were nice and accommodating. Their rooms were clean and spacious. The AC makes noise but still cold enough.

    The room is very clean, modern and really cozy to stay. I had a wonderful stay here - staff is amazing and special shout out to the housekeeper who helped to clean the room quickly but also understanding of my requirements. When I checked in the lady at the reception was super helpful and allowed me to check in earlier. Location is very nearby to SM Jazz and also nearby offices. Only downside is your neighbours, the doors are quite thin so you might hear loud door banging at night which might startle if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise, would definitely come back to stay!

    Super wow for all the room, facilities and services! Surprised that they decorated the room for our birthday! Room and hotel is super clean and close to salcedo market. Will definitely stay again!!!!

    The location was good and decent room size. However it is old and needs refurbishing, the elevator is slow and only 2 out of 4 was working.
