The property is in a great location, clean and family friendly. I would suggest they add multiple hooks around the room and bathroom as there are only 2 hooks total (in the bathroom) and very little storage for luggage. Also communication is hit or miss depending on the time of day. And last the property is a maze so a little more direction on getting around at check in would have been helpful. Thank You.

The location is great for a base mountain location. Gondola right at the exit of the building. Ski valet and locker rooms are nice for longer stays.
Expectations were set ahead of time but the rooms are very small, especially for a family of 4.
