    Staff very friendly. Building and surrounding safe. Room cleaned every day. Breakfast tasty and different every day. Windows soundproof. Location convenient. I would stay again.

    We stayed for 3nights in room 319 and 3 nights in room 326. This room is better than 319, quiet, as it is not facing the busy road. Room is clean. Breakfast is reasonably good, with variety so long as you dont get a dish that is super salty. Reception staff lacks customer service skills and warmth when dealing with guest. On check in, receptionists are expected not only to give the room card but also to give information to guests as to what the hotel offers,not the quest asking. Over-all it is still worth the money as it is cheap.

    Room is not spacious but clean. Only, the shower drainage in room 319 has problems. Breakfast is reasonably good, although some dishes are too salty. Reception staff are too busy, not paying much attention to guests checking in, not welcoming. Basic information need to be provided on check-in eg. wifi connection, breakfast location & other freebies.
