This is a small cabin/hotel property in Silver Gate Montana, very convenient to Yellowstone NP. I stayed in a cabin which was clean and provided all I needed. The lighting was a little dark. There are a few restaurants nearby but more in Cooke City which is just 4 miles east of Silver Gate.
The staff was helpful and made sure you had what you needed. A neat experience!

Great location right outside Yellowstone. Cute log cabin. Great front porch for hanging out. Adorable mule deer frolicking every evening in front yard area. Negatives were one bathroom for 6 guests, 1 coffee mug for 6 guests ( asked for more & received 1 more 😂😂 and 3 very cute gray mice coexisted with us inside😍

Partially our fault because we thought we booked in Gardiner. We had no idea how remote and isolated Silver Gate would be. The 'staff' was not unfriendly but they were not very welcoming nor did we feel they provided us with the 'lay of the land' as it were. We felt isolated and left to fend for ourselves. Having said that, the cabin was cute and comfortable and the scenery gorgeous, and the access to Yellowstone was quite convenient.
