    Aoki San is very helpful and friendly. He will look after you and can organise bbq’s at his beach house. 5-10 min walk to white sand and beautiful blue water. My favourite accommodation in Shirahama, Shimoda.

    Great value! Mr Aoki is very kind. Daily towels. Very clean room with double bed, new shower , bath and hand basin. Hair dryer and kettle and mini bar in the room. Air-conditioner available and is new. Common room to sit and relax. Shared kitchen is available. Looks like a downstairs bbq option in picnic tables nay be available but I’m not sure. 1 minute walk to pristine clear waters with white sand. Stunning sunrise and sunset! I spoke Japanese with Mr Aoki but overseas visitors from Australia have stayed here and positively reviewed it, so, I’d say communication is no barrier. Easy to book on Agoda.
