    My family stayed here while on a road trip around Bavaria. My retired parents, adult sister, and myself and my husband all agreed we should have planned more nights here. The hotel is gorgeous, clean, and very well maintained by the friendly and professional staff. The rooms were all excellent and the family suite with Mountain View was particularly perfect. Loved the sauna/pool/steam lounge and the breakfast was excellent. Would go back just to stay here again.

    Lovely location and beautiful spa facilities, the 4 elements massage was amazing, got us ready for a full day of castle and museum visits. Room faced a snow covered hill and to the side the neuschwanstein castle!!!

    I was given a room in a separate building which was dated and stinky Honestly i had better rooms under ***€. I didn't enjoy a minute of this
