    A truly disappointing stay. The hotel is plagued by maintenance and hygiene issues. My room on the 4th floor (no elevator) had a leaking ceiling during rain, making the stairs a dangerous slipping hazard. The bathroom is covered in black mold due to a broken vent fan, and the towels provided were torn and frayed. Staff & Service: None of the staff wear name badges. While some were as helpful as they could be, one particular staff member was extremely rude, forcing me out of the reception area at 1 AM just because he wanted to sleep, contradicting his more professional colleagues. Breakfast: The food quality is appalling. The fruits (apples and oranges) were old and shriveled, and the plates were not properly washed, still carrying visible grime. Combined with the non-functional heating and a filthy AC unit, this hotel is a major health and safety risk. I strongly advise looking for other options.
