    Staff are friendly and rooms hygiene were well kept and clean. Not your usual hotel- the main lobby area is locked after 8pm - so there isn’t much common hang out space or services after that.. that said, while the rooms are designed and functional in room bar- the overall design could be slightly eccentric so not to everyone’s taste if you’re looking for more modern design. Mattress were also sunken in and could be better. Breakfast selection is good, sufficient spread with fruits, cheese and selection of breads, toast. Location is great! Next to woolsworth and right in centre of city, easy to get to Penguins conservation centre too. Side note, instructions on check in could’ve been clearer through agoda when booking. We arrived just in time for check in at 730pm which was only made know through the messages - so do double check because had we missed it we wouldn’t have known how to do the key collection.

    Very good room, super clean and sparking bathroom. Breakfast is simple and self serve but enough to get you on your way for the day. Lovely staff and cosy warm rooms in winter
