Room was very clean and the staff was so friendly. Great budget option in the heart of Historico Queretaro. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean room. Comfortable. Great location. Staff was pleasant. There was not a lot of seating in the courtyard. Main complaint was the lack of consistent hot water. Pretty cool during the evening and taking a hot shower was important to us.

Beautiful bright and cheerful hotel in the old town. It's located on a quiet street, just 5 minute walk to most central locations. Lovely decorated room and pretty lobby. My room was on second floor with a balcony, sunny and with a lovely trees view of the inner courtyard. Bonus- Great Cuban restaurant 2 doors away, make sure to try it! The only thing I'd change is the hotel might need to increase the shower hot water temperature, especially going into winter. It was never warm enough, and the water pressure was low, but overall I recommend this place

Lovely little hotel right in downtown on a quiet street. Parking is a couple blocks away - I would call first so they tell you where it is, then they give you a ticket at the hotel so there’s no cost. There’s a fantastic Italian restaurant on site, it looks unassuming but the food was incredible.

We really enjoyed our stay. Gonzalo in particular was so helpful. I had an emergency and he helped us to find a doctor and got us sorted out. Truly wonderful hotel. Super clean, cute inside, and cute rooms. The Italian restaurant next door is super good as is the Cuban place up the street. We really enjoyed our stay and were treated like family.

Very homie vibe, if you’re looking for something chill, cheap, and not so noisy this right here is the way to go. You can go walking to the shops, plazas and more. Only downside was that the parking is a bit far, but other than that it was good.

For the price of our room was very uncomfortable room. Not enough furniture to put our staff, no closet you need to require the iron, no tissue in the bathroom. The location very very inconvenient to unloaded our luggage. The place itself was nice, but the patio got a very uncomfortably chairs and no place to put your drink while you relax. The only good thing was a very delicious breakfast and was free.

Cute boutique hotel with courtyard in a great location with very friendly staff. Large room with sitting area. What would have made it better, more selection at breakfast although it is a plus that breakfast is provided. Also as a boutique hotel newer looking towels could only help its image. I have already recommended this hotel and will stay there again. It’s a little gem!!

Great location. Did not like that the door locks were like house locks that you lock from the inside. The chain lock was broken. New towels and wash clothes needed...they were worn and dingy. The staff was amazing although no one spoke English.

The place is beautiful, staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are a little inconvenient as my mother is in a wheelchair and there is no accessibility, parking is safe and ample but it’s two blocks away which is understandable as the hotel is located in the historic center of Querétaro. Breakfast was good but not many options. Kitchen staff very friendly and welcoming. Overall all it was a pleasant experience!

Enjoyed our stay of 4 nights. Room modernist with up to date facilities. Property manager spoke English and helpful. Extra water available on demand. Breakfast included served in restaurant adjacent to hotel.

this hotel has a good location and some charm but Queretaro gets very hot most of the year and the lack of air conditioning made the room unbearable. They have a roof fan but it made a horrible grinding noise all night long. Also, they say the parking is over 3 blocks away. Even with a working fan the room was very hot making sleep almost impossible.

I liked everything! Location, service, parking included, breakfast location. Only thing I did not like it, was the fan. Too noisy at night and was very hot the room. If they are able to change the fan, that would be very helpful for the guests.

I like the location of this property and that it was a good price. However, the towels were a bit too old! Breakfast which was included was not in the property but rather a few minutes walk away and not great. Great to know that it is an eco hotel, however I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t have a cold shower in the middle of the day when the heat was tremendous!

Excellent in service, cleanliness, and especially the queen size beds. This is a great benefit, most hotels only provide double beds. I suffer from a bad back and the mattresses were nice and firm. Humberto, the daytime manager and Alfonso, the nightime manager were very helpful, arranging for our ride to airport etc. 10 minute walk to main plazas and churches of Centro Histórico. Outside doors are always locked, you feel very secure. The choice of breakfast is quite varied and filling. It includes American coffee and fresh squeezed orange. Only reason they did not receive excellent rating in condition was that water pressure was low in shower. We would also recommend a screen so the balcony doors could be fully opened and breeze would enhance the fan's breeze.

We liked it. Only objection is not to have coffee available at the hotel (best would be at the room). That was the only factor not to rate our stay as excellent

This property does not have A/C nor heaters. When walking around in 80-89 degrees Fahrenheit weather you want to a cool room not a room that is hotter than the outside. The room also does not have a refrigerator to keep water cold to refresh yourself and the room also did not have a safe. My kids and I had to stay at another hotel for the remainder of our vacation after 1 unbearable night where we couldn’t sleep because it was so hot. We were not offered a refund. Also, the food that is offered daily with your stay is at a restaurant that is about 10-15 minute walk away. I would never stay there again, I have no idea how they can be in business without A/C or heaters for the winter.

they had no hot water on the shower, they said they were going to fix it, but I had the same issue both nights I spent there, that really sucks, I had to take cold showers all my stay
