Messages multiple times , even from very 1st booking that i might be late for checkin after their office hours. Received anonymised msgs from agoda unable to read the hotel msgs. Unable to call them tru agoda. Only received an email from the hotel to call their AU number on late checkin - key is not all travellers have AU no. These days with esim & data roaming only. In the link from the email confirming check in time, i have to confim that my room was Unpaid, with no option. But ive fully oaid in advance with agoda. These are all technical issues. Other than that, the room is all good and clean with full kitchen equipped, nice location though a little extra driving out of st helens town. Oh, in the end i enquired the restaurant staff nx door from reception, which they were informed by the hotel to handover the key to me. Prob is - what if i arrive check in after the restaurant closes?
