This hotel was amazing, and not expensive; the quality and facilities (in the room I was given, which was a generous twin room) were way out in front of the norm. Food, service, location, ambience - all excellent. Highly recommended.

Recommendable - friendly service and comfortable / quiet room.
Possible improvements: Hotel not reachable by phone / no call back for left message on answering maschine.
Bottle opener might be helpful for consuming drinks of mini bar.

Frankly, we had just been to Auschwitz, and the display luggage in the foyer gave us shivers. The dining area is chaotic - from furnishings to organization. Check-in was rude. We were not allowed to leave luggage beforehand.
