Very weak WiFi could connect at all from second floor only first floor. Also, equipment in fitness room didn’t work. We stay 7 nights and and I requested to clean fully every 2 days only once whole time there. Very disappointed. Noise level was sometimes loud with garbage trucks every day outside the hotel. I would not stay there again.😠

Finally got a clean room. First night found a bed bug and so I went to the desk to switch rooms. The lady was very accommodating but it was an adventure to find a room that was in good condition. I ended up switching three times before I got a room that was doable. I felt like a hotel inspector. Some rooms were half fast cleaned, another had a leaking fridge as I entered. I don’t have any proof but several days when I returned it was clear someone entered the room and didn’t even make the bed. Just pulled out any towels and reset some. Very minimal. You would think if housekeeping ever entered, they would at least make the bed, but nope. Only thing saving this stay from a one star was the front desk lady that was really helpful and understanding.

The original Comfort Inn and Suites, in Grove City, the air conditioner broke, we had a king suite. There was 3 of us, in town for a softball tournament. They moved us next door, to the regular Comfort Inn and got stuck in a king room. It was miserable!!!!!

Beds and pillows were comfy and clean. Lots of towels. The Breakfast should be more fresh. The yoghurt and fried egg was fine. The breads were not tasty. There was a fire alarm at 9 pm which woke us up. No one came in the hallways or on the intercom to tell us what to do. I took stairs to the lobby but no manager told us anything. I found out from other guests and the firemen didn’t tell us. We went up to our rooms once the alarm was shut off.

Overall my room was clean and a good space. It had a king size bed and a pull-out sofa bed as well. It also had a microwave and fridge, which is nice when traveling. It was either a new hotel or recently renovated as things seemed updated. Some downsides to this property: -while overall I felt safe, I never saw anyone at the desk after I checked in, including at 5:30am when I left. Had I known the front desk wasn’t staffed I may have found other options. The elevator also did not require access to get to the floors and I wish it did for security purposes. -the gym equipment was lacking. 2 of the 4 cardio machines weren’t working and they only had a basic weight set. The wallpaper in the gym was peeling and it looked like there was mold on the wall. The water refill station was also out of water. -I stayed for 3 days and my room was never turned or cleaned- not even trash taken out. I primarily stayed here for location and convenience and overall, it served that purpose.

This was a last minute trip that I didn’t want to spend a lot on. The price was really good for this place and the reviews were pretty good. I would say overall that it was a fair price and nothing fancy, but got the job done. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice. Carpet in the hallway needs replaced but if you’re not picky, it works.

This was my 2nd time here. When I entered my room it smelled bad, like there had been dogs in the room that needed to be bathed. The bed smelled the same. I called the front desk to tell them about the issue. He said he would send a housekeeper up. She was at the door very quickly. She came in and i told her the issue. She walked to the bed and smelled it and left. She came back with the front desk person. He smelled it. She asked him if he wanted to move me to another room. He said no just get some air freshener. At that point i got irritated and told him the he was going to make sure i got fresh linen. He told her she could, as if he was doing me a favor, and he left. She came back and changed everything. Replaced it all with fresh clean linen and left some air freshener on the counter. She did her job but he didn't even want to help me. I wrote a review when i received the email and was contacted about it the following day at work. The woman said she was the manager and didn't recall the incident. I informed her, she wouldn't because the "manager" i was speaking of was a man. She repeated that she didn't recall the incident. I explained again to which she replied, can you come talk to me. I declined because i was at work and offered 4:30 when i got back there. She wanted me to talk to her at 7:30am. That would have made me late so i declined and informed her i would be leaving when my booking was up the next day. I left and booked another hotel.

Our hotel cancelled our reservation and wasn’t told until we got there to check in. They said that they tried to call me but they didn’t receive any calls! We had to call numerous hotels to find a room because it was a busy weekend. Absolutely furious and won’t be using Hotels.com again.

Nice hotel, pool is a bit small and was overrun with unsupervised kids, but that wasn’t the hotels fault. Gave my family a bit of extra time in the pool as a consideration after the kids left so that was nice. Facility was clean and accessible

I picked this place because it was budget friendly and rated a 9.0/10. But perhaps I showed up on a bad day because something was not right. When I walked into the lobby, there was an immediate smell. Possibly sewer back up, I’m not sure. On day two, all of the seats in the lobby were blocked off with yellow caution tape. Service was generally slow, because there was never anyone at the desk. Not a deal breaker. The room seemed just on the dirty side of clean. Hair and nail clippings in the bathroom. Spots on the bathroom wall. Just little things that accumulate. The room just felt damp. If I ran the air conditioning continuously, it felt better but cold. The filters in the air conditioner looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in some time. All in all, I didn’t have a bad time… but it just felt off.

From the outside and the lobby, it looks pristine and new. The room looked as expected but the ac controls didn’t work so we were freezing. The bathrooms were not fully clean as I found hair in the sink and shower and there was a little bit of mold in the shower. Breakfast was limited due to a trucking delay. Wasn’t the woman running its fault. She did a great job. Just didn’t have what she needed to do her best job. I didn’t smell and chlorine in the pool so I worried about sanitation. But actually enjoyed that it wasn’t overly chlorinated. The pool wasn’t checked frequently enough and was out of towels but the staff when alerted made it right quickly. Overall a decent stay. Just could have been cleaner.

Convenient location off of the interstate freeway; Wafflehouse a few minutes walking distance; gas station walking distance; Walmart and lots of shopping & dining options 5 minute drive across the freeway; hotel is old, rusty soap shelf in shower; OK included breakfast; overall OK for $199/night; do not confuse Comfort Suites with Comfort Inn, which is adjacent to each other and so are the parking lots.

Stayed here twice for work. Complete Jekyll and Hyde experience. First time, stayed on 3rd floor. Beautiful room, accommodating and a good stay. Second time, walked in to a room on second floor, lights on, towel on bathroom floor and a used razor. Told employee on site, all he said was “you’re the only one in that room sir.” I don’t know if it is because it was the second floor this time, or maybe overbooked but after the lack of assistance I received this second time I had trouble getting comfortable thinking my room was either not cleaned or I might be getting an overnight visitor. Needless to say, I won’t be back. I give an OK cause the first time was a good experience
