The staff (specially Moises and Josue) were so incredible. The resort amenities, food and drinks were all wonderful. This is a great option for anyone travelling with children. Highly recommend all around and hope to return.

Beautiful views, excellent food, and great pools. Most of the staff were very courteous. However, a few were quite pushy about getting me to sign up for the travel club, and on a couple of occasions I did not receive the correct amount when exchanging for smaller bills. I caught it once, but missed it another time. It wasn’t a significant amount, so I’m not too concerned.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Hector was really helpfull and always so happy to help. Moses,Acosta and Josue were wonderful too.
The room was great and clean and done early in the morning. Which we appreciate.
