Our room was clean though the outdoor deck showed some wear. We were pleased with our room service. When I originally booked our stay, I made a mistake and booked only one night when we intended to stay 2 nights. I contacted Expedia and explained my error, I asked for a live agent for assistance. I was able to book a second night, and the staff at Venezia Hotel allowed us to stay the 2 nights in our original room, which I really appreciated. We were told we might have to check in on the original date, checkout the next day, return at 3:00 pm to check in for the second day, this would’ve been very inconvenient, once again It was my error on the original booking. Thank you to the Expedia agent and the Venezia Hotel Manager that spoke to his staff on our behalf.
We were able to walk to the Aquarium as well as a couple more tourists sites, Hotel self parking was very convenient, and our final checkout was polite and quick. We did enjoy the hotels breakfast buffet, choices were plentiful with all the breakfast standards, for both Korean and Western fair. The CU store located in the driveway of the hotel was also appreciated, snacks, drinks and anything else needed were available, another definite plus. We will consider the Venezia Hotel on our next visit,
