Menesse the City by Casago

The room was clean and was exactly how it was described. The pictures were accurate. The only issue was the freezer was iced over which was ok because we didn't use it. The fridge was fine for us, we didn't use the microwave or any other appliances. The shower was great, no problem with water temperature or pressure. The view was overlooking the street. Yes it was noisy, but you are in the heart of the city, what do you expect? We had no problems sleeping, the wifi was great. The host was great, was prompt gave us great instructions. The check in was very easy, the staff was very friendly. Only issue was my husband could never get the camera to recognize his face when we left the parking, but the staff recognized us and let us in. The rooftop pool was beautiful, great temperature, lots of chairs, not crowded, nice people. You do get a small view of ocean. It was very nice, the building is nice, nice vegetation. Only thing is the elevator is soooooo hot! We didn't use the other pool, but looked nice. We didn't use any other facilites. The area was nice, close to shopping, beach, everything. We felt safe there the whole time. If you go just over other side of highway there are better, cheaper places to eat. Right in the heart of the city prices more and I wasn't thrilled about Don Sirloin. Great pizza place just down the street from Don Sirloin though, it was great pizza. Everyone was very friendly. We would stay there again for sure. I would give it a 9/10.

Please inquire where the unit is located. We were street front, thus very noisy all day and night long and in front of bus pick up for tours. There was only one towel each and one hand towel for the whole week. Also lack of hot water when showering. On a positive note, rooftop and ground pools are very pleasant and plenty of amenities. Very conveniently located.
