    The location is amazing, close to the Main Street, bus terminal and the ferry terminal. The room is super clean and tidy. Everything is perfect and comfortable. You may get a free smoothie every day. The staff is nice, polite and friendly. The free ice for use in the lobby is an extra bonus.

    Small rooms even for Japan. Good location, nice extras such as welcome drink, breakfast smoothie and tea/ coffee. Only one lift for the whole building and reception is on 5th floor so expect long wait. The male receptionist I dealt with wasn't very helpful with my questions about the area.

    It is quite challenging to find the hotel at first because it is inside the alley and there is no obvious sign of the hotel name as it is written on the wall only. Location is exceptional (2mins walk to bus terminal and 5mins walk to port terminal. Many restaurants around. Breakfast is super good and they have complimentary tea and sake until 8pm! The only downside is small room size and they dont clean your room everyday unless you stay more than 2 days.

    We booked this as we flew in late. Reception and breakfast were good. While clean, the whole floor we were booked in to smelled very damp and not right. Humidity and ventilation a major issue. I can't imagine what summer must be like here. We loved the breakfast and breakfast staff though, and it is a very convenient location.
