    The location is excellent, with breathtaking views of the mountains. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was polite, helpful, and the overall service was very good. The only area for improvement is the room allotment process. We had to wait longer than expected at check-in before our room was assigned. Apart from this initial delay, everything else was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this resort for its beautiful location, amazing views, and good hospitality.

    The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the breakfast was good with decent options. However, there were a few issues that affected our overall experience. When we checked in, we found a leftover piece of cake in the refrigerator, which raised concerns about the housekeeping standards. The hospitality was not as warm or attentive as we expected. The bathroom had no separate glass partition for the shower, so the entire washroom became wet after every shower. The hotel also did not provide an iron or ironing facility, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel has good rooms and serves a nice breakfast, but it needs to improve its housekeeping, guest service, and basic amenities.
