    Strange setup for a 4★ hotel. I stayed only one night and encountered several significant issues: 1. The rooftop experience was disappointing. A piña colada cost 600 DOP and was of very low quality. The swimming pool looks appealing in the photos, but it is only 90 cm deep—more suitable for children than adults. 2. The restaurant staff were extremely unfriendly. It felt as though the restaurant operates independently from the hotel, as the hotel staff themselves were very friendly. 3. Upon arriving in the evening by car, two official parking attendants from the nightclub on the ground floor approached us in the parking area. They behaved inappropriately, speaking to us as if we were friends and even touching my wife. This was highly uncomfortable, and I was close to calling security. This is not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. 4. Although the room on the 12th floor was nice, it is located directly under the rooftop area. At 5 a.m., loud music woke me up, forcing me to use earplugs. Then at 8 a.m., construction noise started, making it impossible to rest further.
