We stayed for 2 nights in the ground floor garden apartment.
Accomdation very spotless and had all we need to make our stay extremely comfortable.
Really happy with the quality of bedding and towels, plus nice touch to have milk and water in fridge and small bottles of shower gel shampoo and body cream in the bathnroom.
The issue we had regarding the hot water was resolved within a few hours of our call.
Plus upon returning home I realse that I had left an item of sentimental value to me, after emailing and speaking with the agents the item was retrieved from the property and returned to me by post within 2 days, fantastic customer care.
The location had parking and was a god base for our visit to Reading and Henley.
Would definitely recommend the accommodation and would stay again if visiting Reading in the future

Apartment was great - perfect for a business trip. Easy to check in, everything was as described and I felt at home straight away
