We arrived late & received a message with our pin for our room. Easy check-in & we were greeted to a lovely room with a plunge pool & outdoor seating area. Overall great things: The cleaning staff were fantastic, they did a great job of keeping the place tidy & comfortable for us. The pool area was clean. Nice sunbeds. The breakfast was good. We had no issues with the room at all - bed was comfortable & plenty of hot water. Only suggestion is a little more lighting, as the rooms are quite dark. Improvements to suggest: Check-out wasn't great. We had a late flight, we couldn't keep our room later & we were told hotel was fully booked, so we couldn't pay to use another room. (This wasn't true, website said there was a room available). The "office" where to leave luggage isn't secure. Anyone can walk in. When asked where to store valuables, told we can leave them at reception but "no responsibility". Felt the lack of information let the venue down. There are bean bags, sunbathing towels and a gym (with massage for a fee) if you wish to use these. The hotel should provide a list of the items they can provide to you. Otherwise we would have never known, if it weren't for others. The garden areas should have sunbeds to enjoy our privacy there. Lack of sunbeds in pool area, meant people woke up early to towel reserve & never use them. Maybe should be rules on this. Hotel provided snack menu, but wouldn't serve half the food. So we had to walk into Afytos for lunch.

Overall, the hotel was nice and quite good. The staff were friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. However, the pool area was quite small, and there were very few sunbeds. Many of them were reserved early in the morning by guests who didn’t show up until much later in the day, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the reception was only open until 5 PM, which was not very convenient.

Aside from that, the overall atmosphere of the property is relaxing, quiet, and peaceful.

Everything was very good except the walls in the rooms are very thin and you can hear your neighbors. Our last night we spend awake until 3 am listening to obnoxious guests next to our room!! No front desk after 6 pm!

We arrived at Casa Afytos the opening week off the season. We were really happy with our choice, it was beautiful. The rooms have a lovely rustic feel and the beds really comfortable with good quality bedding. The breakfast was enjoyable and all of the staff very friendly and helpful. The main village and beach are really close with a couple of lovely Tavernas nearby. Fantastic! We would definitely stay again.

Really good location and comfortable room. Easy waking to beach and city centre, everything at max 10 min walking. Lovely swimming pool / outside area which was a plus. The taxi rank is also 5 min walking from the hotel which is quite convenient if no car.

Nice hotel with very nice service, nothing to complain on that part. Good communication and helped with our requests when needed as earlier check-in and transfer to airport. Breakfast was the only part we werent satisfied with. But besides that we had a great time.

The apartements were great and the atmosphere was very relaxing and calm. Modern & comfy style of the rooms. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They offer a small and delicious greek breakfast which you can have on your own little terrace. We definitely come back. See you soon Casa Afytos!

Overall it's a nice place. Only downside is the walls are really thin and our room had a connecting door to the one next to us. We could hear almost everything from nextdoor, and we had noisy neighbors.

An inexperienced hotel but with great potential. The hotel is not quite finished yet, which we felt when we where there. There where builders working on the reception making noise etc. In the description it says cleaning every day- we where there 6 days and the room was only cleaned once! Also the cleaning was not great- there were spider webs and dust in all corners of the room. Besides of that it is a great place, which will probably only get better when they have more experience! The pool area is great and quiet, rooms and surroundings are nicely decorated and the small patio for each room is great.

Very good location walk distance from the village centre, clean room, nice pool, friendly staff, complimentary Nespresso, new property with unique design. A place to relax and enjoy! An overall excellent experience!

Located in unattractive surroundings, the property is new but rooms are very small, not functional and offer no storage space for luggage. There is no breakfast or concierge service which is ridiculous for a hotel charging EUR 200+ per night. There is no privacy whatsoever with walls being paper thin. Furthermore the hot tub turned out to be ice cold. The advertisement for our room was a four person suite but upon arrival it turned out the second bed is not accessible due to its location on top of the bathroom and the absence of a ladder ;) If you think this is a romantic getaway destination for two, you‘re greatly mistaken. My girlfriend hated it
