    There is a well-established key and lock system, ensuring that everyone staying at the residence can get in or out. The customer service online is also quick to help with the check-in process. The residence is very close to the green line and also within walking distance to all of the museums and sights of Washington DC.

    BEFORE CHECK IN - wanted to deposit my luggage - NO STAFF AROUND DURING CHECK IN - NO STAFF AROUND, press the bell for 15 minutes NOBODY response. The staff is rude as hell and like super frustrated to welcome me ???!!! I did not do anything wrong. If the staff couldn’t commit to be there then DONT BOTHER TO HAVE A HOSTEL then What is the use of self check in ? Where is the code ? I did not even receive any code. agoda please delist this place from your website. It’s insulting and annoying. The POD is NOISY AS HELL! Don’t stay here !!!!
