Great stay with great delicious breakfast.

Big clean room in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable bed, sofa with a kitchenette and small dining table. The room has a dual cycle air-conditioner, i.e. cold and hot air. The host was very nice and kind. She greeted us on our arrival with a plate of delicious cake (the best that I had in Croatia) and grapes (very sweet and juicy). Breakfast was very generous. On the morning that we were going to Krka National Park, she got up extra early at 6am to prepare a full breakfast for us. In addition, she packed sandwiches and bananas for us to take along for our trip to Krka National Park. She was very generous, encouraging us to take anything we want from the breakfast table. I would stay here again.

Initially we could not find the apartment based on the car's GPS and the road was narrow.

Amazing host

Very friendly host greeted us with a welcome drink, lots of tasty fruits and a big smile. The apartment was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and we had to take the chocolate croissant that we did not eat with us. We ate so much we could not finish and there was still so much tasty food left.

3 minutes walk to beach is ok but not exactly as described in detail text.

Friendly family place to stay

Very friendly and helpful hosts, despite a bit of a language barrier. Nice balcony for breakfast. Well-equipped kitchen Mosquito nets on windows!!

I strongly advise putting cotton sheets on the beds - especially in summertime. The bottom sheet provided was synthetic. Luckily the top sheets were cotton, so I put these on the bed and we slept without a top sheet - which was ok because it was warm. But in a cooler season it would have been a problem.

Convenient place to stay, large room with all the necessary amenities.

Host stayed up for a bit longer to wait for our arrival, which was a nice touch. Grapes, apricots, a bottle of mineral water in the fridge. Conditioner in the room. Parking right outside the doors - with plenty of space. Drying rack outside on the terrace.

The room was really dark. There were quite a few bulbs blown at the time we checked the property, but host gave us two spare bulbs to replace the non-working ones. It helped, but there were two more bulbs not working which left the room really dark. Having to change the bulbs was not the first thing that comes into my mind after checking in to the property... Cleanliness of the room was not the best - there was hair on the bed linen, dirt on the bottom of the shower door and dust on shelves/surfaces. City tax needs to be paid in cash which can be a bit of an annoyance as usually this is included in the price paid for the booking.

the host can’t speak English at all, but she was very nice and we survived with google translator, far from Šibenik center and no public transportation

Tolles Frühstück und sehr nette freundliche Gastgeberin.Bilice liegt abseits der Tourismus und für kurze Aufhenthalte gut geeignet.

Im Großen und Ganzen ein toller Urlaub - Preis/Leistung okay

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Nicht weit zum Strand. Preis/Leistung okay. Nicht so überrannt mit Leuten, Sibenic war eh in 8 km zu erreichen, da tut sich eh was.

Etwas nachteilig, da die Vermieter kein deutsch und englisch konnten. Da die Unterkunft sehr günstig ist war mußte man mit Leuten rechnen, die sich nicht unbedingt an etwas halten und glauben sie sind alleine dort. Neben uns ein Ukrainer, der mit seinen beiden Kindern dort war. Es war teilweise sehr laut bis ca. 23.00 Uhr. Wenn man sich Nachmittag etwas Ruhe gönnen wollte das ging dann nicht, da diese Ukrainer immer im Zimmer waren und permanent mit etwas herum warfen keine Ahnung mit was, es war durchgehend laut. Die Kinder hatten kein Benehmen schrien nur und er ließ die Kinder machen was sie wollten, selber hatte er Kopfhörer auf, damit er nichts davon hört. Die Kinder waren in einem Alter, indem sie schon verstehen würden, wenn man ihnen sagen würde etwas leiser, da sind auch andere Gäste, aber naja was soll ich dazu noch schreiben.

Skvelá lokalita,blízko pláže, tiché prostredie, neďaleko potraviny aj pekarnička,detské ihrisko a trampoliny.Dobrá dostupnosť do okolitých miest,Šibenik,Vodice,Srima,Primošten.Majitelia veľmi milý,deťom vždy dali nejakú drobnosť, nanuky, čokoládky, hrozno,figy...Boli sme na 12nocí a veľmi ťažko sa nám od nich odchadzalo.Pevne veríme,že sa v budúcnosti k nim ešte vrátime. ❤️

Belle surprise dans un petit village soigné sur la longue route des vacances

Le confort, l'équippement très complet de l'appartement et sa propreté impeccable, le riche petit déjeuner, mais surtout l'accueil chaleureux et amical de Madame Seka, la propriétaire, qui nous a reçu comme si nous étions de la famille. Nous ne l'oublirons pas.

Zona tranquila y buen apartamento

Los anfitriones muy amables. Nos recibieron a la llegada y aconsejaron donde comer. El apartamento está bastante bien. Nos dejaron agua y fruta en la nevera. La cama bastante cómoda. Tiene varios restaurantes en los alrededores y parking propio. La ubicación muy buena, en una zona tranquila, vas a Sibenik en 10mi en coche y ya por allí buscas parking.

Quizás que por la mañana al amanecer entra luz por qué las ventanas no tienen persianas y las cortinas son traslúcidas.

Perfektní 👌

Po vyčerpávající 14hod cestě nás paní domácí přivítala s úsměvem, vřelou náručí, nanukem pro dceru, pivem pro manžela a výborným melounem. Pokoj byl připravený, čistý, tichá klimatizace prostorný balkon. Ubytování je kousek od obchodu, baru a také pláže či mola, ze kterého byla možnost skákat. Voda byla překvapivě teplá ne až slaná, byli jsme i v Brodarica kde je moře průzračné. Pobyt nám rychle uplynul. Na rozloučenou dcera dostala čoko a džusík. Opravdu moc milí a hodní domácí. ♥️

Preporučujem

Iznimno gostoljubivi domaćini koji su nas dočekali s kavom i keksima i čašicom razgovora. Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji blizu plaže, svega 5 minuta hoda uz mnoge dodatne sadržaje (kafići, restorani). Ponovo bi se sigurno vratili zbog takvih domaćina i mira koje nudi tako malo mjesto.

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeberin war so nett und zuvorkommend, am 2. Tag hat sie uns das Frühstück aufs Zimmer gebracht mit allem was man sich wünscht. Wir sagen nochmal ganz, ganz lieben Dank für alles. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen

Schön und gepflegt

Sehr nette Gastfreundschaft (ein älteres Pärchen). Super Frühstück. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Wohnung war gross und super ausgestattet. Gedekter Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Die Kommunikation war etwas schwieriger. Die beiden konnten leider nur Kroatisch, aber irgendwie hat man sich immer verstanden. :)

Przesympatyczna i serdeczna właścicielka. Wspaniała atmosfera. Przepyszne śniadania (a właściwie małe obiady), koktajle owocowe wspominamy do dzisiaj a domowa szyneczka długodojrzewająca palce lizać. Blisko do plaży i restauracji. Kilkanaście minut do Šibenika i bliziutko do wodospadów Krki. Polecamy wszystkim otwartym na nowe doświadczenia i wyzwania (właścicielka mówili wyłącznie po Chorwacku).

hôte très agréable et accueillante, très bonne communication. Le parking est en bas de la maison et une très belle plage est à quelques minutes à pied. La très belle ville de Sibénik est à 10 min en voiture. A notre arrivée, il y avait des petites attentions comme une bouteille d'eau au frais ainsi que des raisins frais et des figues du jardin, un délice. logement agréable et confortable. lit bébé disponible. Petit déjeuner très copieux servit en terrasse. Merci pour le thé et les pots de bébé que vous nous avez offert, bébé s'est régalé. Merci pour cet agréable séjour
