City tax payment and ID card verification process took long time for me. Having in mind that customers may be staying few days early in the country or Europe and internet is the real issue to get the latest email update from Expedia. Took long time to go through the process to get access in the apartment.Other than everything was good in the apartment. Thank you

The property itself was lovely, very clean and spacious and well furnished. But unfortunately the air con did not work at all, we could feel the cold air coming out but the rooms did not cool down at all which was not good in 36 degree weather. I also booked the specific room because it stated it had a double, a single and a sofa bed because 2 of the people joining did not want to share a bed, but the apartment was set up with 2 double beds and there was nothing available for us to be able to set up the sofa bed. Other than that it was fine and sufficient for our one night stay as it was fairly close to the train station which we needed.

The property is clean and convenient. The cost is reasonable. Some issues: Sink blocked; need to pick up keys from another place; heating control did not work, and the room got to 28C; i had to open the window, but several mosquitos entered.

Overall would say there is good value for money at this property. The check in was smooth and the company was communicative. Check in is at a different location to the actual apartment, but not that far. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for 2 days. The area is not that nice, but good for transportation around Milan and surrounding areas.

You get very much from the place as is advertised. It’s clean, spacious. It works well for a short visit. Hosts are attentive to check-in. Although it did not feel super convenient to first have to go to the office in Centrale for check in, but it seems that’s a thing in Italy (having to provide passport and pay the tourist tax).

I recently stayed at this hotel in Milan and had a rather disappointing experience. Upon arrival at the designated check-in time, we were informed that our apartment wasn’t ready. Despite arriving as instructed, we were told we would need to wait an additional two hours while the apartment was being cleaned. This meant wandering around Milan for almost three hours in the heat with all our luggage, which was extremely inconvenient and exhausting. The lack of communication and the extended wait time left a lot to be desired. For the price we paid, this level of disorganization and discomfort was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to future travelers based on my experience.

Very terrible customer service. They shared their WhatsApp account however they never responded to any of my inquiries. Also you have to go to the central station to check-in, why can’t they just do it online and give the codes thru emails. Too many steps to get into the property. The place is so hard to find, even the Uber driver has difficulty to find it. The bathroom stinks.. there is a canal like smell after each use of the toilet.

Good, affordable accommodations for anyone looking to stay in Milan. The room was kept fairly clean, and the washroom was also very clean. Having to get the keys to the property at the station is a little bit annoying, but other than that it was a good stay.

The check in process is an absolute nightmare. We had to go the Italyway office at the train station to get the keys. So if you don’t arrive by train, it is a pain. Seems like it is close to the apartments however with all the traffic and luggage, it is a great pain. Apartment was in the basement, lift was not working for all 3 days we were there. Shower is mouldy. Apartment did not have neither stated heating nor air conditioning. We got frozen there. When I called the office, they said that they could not do much about it. They did not even provide with additional blankets and there were none available inside the apartment. Moreover, at first, the hot water was not hot at all. It was slightly warm and we were unable to take shower and get warm. I called them and asked to help, but they were not eager to do anything. The hot water got better though the next day. The only positive thing about the stay there was a parking. It was included and it was right next to the entrance door.

Easy to check in as check in point inside the Milan train station. good location with only 3 mins walk to metro station. Neat and tidy apartment with all the things you need.

Check in was convenient, there is a bit of a trick to using the locks but after figuring it out was able to use with no problem. We did not know the apartment we chose was in the basement so it was very cold otherwise very clean and spacious, walkable from train station

My family and I left this Italianway property after 20 minutes of stepping our feet in the door and immediately booked another hotel. This Italianway property was in a graffiti infested and sketchy area and the walk to/from Central Station was farther than advertised. We saw a homeless man take a dump on the sidewalk on our way to the property. There was no way you could walk to/from this property from Central Station feeling safe, especially at night. Anybody with common sense will know that that you could easily get robbed staying in this area so we did not hesitate to leave. Regarding the property itself, the elevator in the building kept jerking when you enter, which is not normal. First impression of property itself was ok at best but definitely not worth their nightly rate. Photos were misleading. There is no onsite reception; their offsite reception is at Central Station, which is only open during business hours - HUGE RED FLAG. We understand that there are booking terms and conditions, but we asked multiple times for a full/partial refund as a courtesy/in good faith due to safety concerns and Italianway didn’t care and refused our multiple requests. They gladly kept our money for our 3 night booking when we didn’t even stay there at all!! We are a very loyal and frequent Hotels.com users and this is the worst property and experience ever on their platform. Most importantly, this Italianway property and Italianway customer service is really below Hotels.com standards.

The apartment floor was very dirty & you would not notice it bec. it’s white tiled flooring. We didn’t have any slippers to use inside thats why we noticed the dust and black colour on our soles. Bed bugs all over the other double bed my 2 daughters had a big red bites on.Transportation and restaurants are not in the vicinity. Its a bit secluded area specially at night time, you won’t see people around. Not a cheap price we paid for 3 nights in Milan.

It was so cold in the apartment so we couldn’t wait to take a nice hot shower! And here it comes the water was barely warm… absolutely unacceptable conditions!!! I did conclude the property immediately after check in and the reply was very clear “the winter is over”… i asked for any portable heater and didn’t get anything…. Please stay away from this property !!! I travel a few times per year and this is my first experience writing such a horrible review… i would not want to stay in this property for free

It looked fantastic on the pictures. However the bathroom shower had mold that could have easily been cleaned with some bleach. So the cleanliness was not there. Otherwise property is nice. Just was not clean. Also another issue was that in order for me to check in and get the key I had to go to the train station and go to their office then get an explanation on how to open the doors. That process was annoying and can be inconvenient for a lot of people, they need to have an on site pick up for the key with a code like most other places.

I did like the fact it was a stunning flat; very clean and comfy, close to subway lines & to the Duomo, there was a small grocery store nearby, and bathroom lighting was really nice. However - I would NOT stay again for several reasons. First of all, the location is not easy to find at all, it is in a sort of sketchy area, in' private road'. Being my first time in Milan, I had a lot of trouble locating this place. Check-in is in the Central Station, NOT in the building of the hotel flat, so if you have a problem or need extra items in the unit not within business hours - good luck with trying to get someone to help you. I had SO MUCH trouble with the very high tech key/lock for the 4 nights I stayed there. But because there was NO concierge as I really needed help, well, I just had to "keep on trying" in absolute frustration in order to get the key to unlock the damn door! Other things in the unit that were minor but irritating - the shower water NEVER was hot enough, and stove was too "high tech" for my taste, and also the toiletries provided were just gross.
