Everything about the property was great. The only issue was at check-in when the credit card machine was not working and I was told to pay in cash then I was told they did not take Visa only MasterCard after booking the room with Visa. My passport was held onto until the credit card machine was working again. And they took pictures of my credit card, which made me feel very unsafe.

This is in a more local neighbourhood but there are several bigger hotels nearby. Close to the beach and the main strip. Everything looked great from the photos but it was noisy due to the design as the pool was in the courtyard and stairs are metal. There is a massive echo like an acoustic chamber and there were families with kids so it was noisier than I expected. Otherwise the rooms were a good size and convenience store was next door. I stayed a week but though it was overall OK I don't think I would return (just my personal preference as I've stayed in other places so others might find it acceptable and a good value for the price)

The hotel is nice, but the photos definitely make it look better than it actually is. The room was spacious and clean, which was great, but we didn’t realise the drinks in the fridge were chargeable as this wasn’t mentioned beforehand.
The pool is very cold and feels more like it’s there for decoration than for swimming. The sauna, though, was really nice once it heated up and definitely worth using.
The kitchen could use a few more utensils, and a small oven would’ve been handy.
The staff were friendly and the location near the beach is lovely, with lots of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. There is some building work going on opposite the hotel at the moment, which can be quite noisy early in the morning.
