Very, very clean apartment. The location is amazing, especially for easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails; the access to trails is literally across the street. It is also a 15 minute walk from the city center, so it's close enough to have easy access to restaurants and shops, but far enough that it is quiet and green and cozy at the apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped, the host was very warm and friendly and she lives in one of the apartments so the key handover was easy and there is always someone there to help. They provided access and keys to the closed garage for our mountain bikes. There are enough outdoor, free parking spaces outside for the two holiday apartments. The sofa in the living room was very comfy, with plenty of cushions; I took lovely naps after our long hikes. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there is a cute table with two chairs for breakfast in the balcony. We loved eating our breakfast outside (although sometimes the neighbors would spend hours mowing their lawns which was noisy but what can one do about it). They also offer an outside grill which some will appreciate for sure. The TV screen was very large and they provide a very good audio system, apple TV, Netflix, etc. There were 3 bedrooms so this apartment will be good for families with children. Nights are quiet and early mornings are too. This was overall a very very good choice considering price, location and the size of the apartment.

We stayed in the top apartment and it was very hot, despite outside temperatures not having reached peak summer heat yet (we visited 2nd week of July).The living room gets a lot of sun in the afternoon so it was almost impossible to relax and unwind if you didn't keep the curtains closed all day. Air conditioning may be too much to ask, but at least ventilators should be a default offering. The beds and bedding were OK but not great - very low to the ground and very home-like, not resort-like. Other minor things: The entrance hall is very narrow - there are many closets and cabinets there that would be better removed. The bedroom windows have drapes but not black-out curtains, so at 5am I would be awakened by the light coming in through the windows. The toilet brush was broken, so you almost had to touch the toilet with your hand to scrub it after having used it (hoping it gets fixed after this review; this is an easy one).

Nichts zu bemängeln

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Wir hatten das Superior Apartment. Wir hatten ursprünglich für 4 Personen gebucht und haben dann später nochmal angefragt ob eine Anreise für 6 Personen möglich ist. Das war überhaupt kein Problem. Ich bin selbst schon sehr viel gereist und die Küche war mehr als gut ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte einfach und die Familie die es verwaltet war äußerst freundlich und stand bei Anliegen sofort zur Verfügung. Ins Zentrum läuft man 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Sauna war wirklich toll. Um sie zu benutzen zahlt man 5€ für 45 Minuten und erhält direkt bei der Verwaltung die entsprechenden Coins. Der erste Coin ist direkt zum Aufwärmen. Wir fanden den Preis für die Sauna absolut in Ordnung. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut Empfehlen.
