    The staff was exceptional but when we got to the room, there were cockroaches crawling the walls. Whoever owns this place is a slumlord. If the city of Long Beach allows this substandard level of hospitality, this poor city is doomed. Disgusting. Not a clean surface in the entire room. It wasn’t safe or clean. There was at least an inch and a half under the door where any crawling thing or wind blown debris could and did enter the room. I slept in my clothes. Completely disgusting.
