Staff was super friendly, upgraded my friends and I to a much preferred room and were super easy to talk to and ask questions of, great host! Location was prime next to Coogee; just a bummer that lockers had to be paid for

The location is great for being right in the middle of it all. Steps to the beach and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and the facilities were kept clean for how many people stay there.
